Terms & Conditions

01. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Factory transportation (Bas Pekerja).
  • Tour and travel bus services.
  • Employee accommodations.
  • Local manpower supply.
  • Payroll management.

All services are subject to availability and tailored to client requirements.

02. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in writing via email or official company channels.
  • Confirmation is issued upon receipt of a signed quotation or agreement and any required deposit.

03. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued monthly or as per the agreed schedule.
  • Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly surcharge.

04. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before service commencement.
  • Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.
  • No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

05. Service Standards

  • We ensure timely, safe, and clean transportation and accommodation services.
  • Preventive maintenance and safety briefings are conducted regularly.
  • All staff are professionally trained and certified.

06. Liability

  • PMS Trans is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
  • Insurance coverage is provided in accordance with Malaysian transport regulations.

07. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure passengers follow safety protocols.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles or accommodations will be charged to the client.
  • Accurate headcount and itinerary details must be provided in advance.

08. Confidentiality

All client data—including payroll and manpower details—is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery.

09. Compliance

We operate in full compliance with:

  • ISO9001 standards
  • Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements
  • Malaysian labor and transport laws

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in Penang.
